Carajillo is a family-owned Mexican kitchen and bar in Downtown Las Vegas, steps from the Fremont Street Experience. We named it after the drink we love, and we built it to feel like a place you'd want to come back to.
Everything here is made from scratch. The salsa is mixed fresh, the birria is slow-cooked for hours, the quesabirrias are griddled to order, and the team behind the bar knows the regulars by name.
We treat every table like familia, whether you wandered in off Fremont Street for the first time or come every Tuesday. The food is warm, the cocktails are strong, and we're glad you came.
The recipes come from home kitchens. The cocktails, especially the seven Carajillos we're named after, are made by people who love making them. Together they make a corner of Downtown Las Vegas that feels like Mexico.
